It is user friendly and they have a great team who are very supportive

It's easy to use, and makes the shortlisting process much quicker - both for shortlisters and on the admin side. Candidates who are genuinely interested in the role and the organisation seem to like it, and I don't mind losing candidates who are put off by having to express interest beyond a CV and covering letter. It helps us show that we're concerned about diversity and inclusion.
