Ballpark is incredibly easy to use. The system is designed in such a way that you can add the many different question types easily, and customize them for your needs with a few quick clicks. It's intuitive what each feature does, and as such it's simple to get up and running right away. There are a ton of different question types, heatmaps, A/B testing, user journey testing, links to Figma and other great features which help us to gain valuable insight into our customer's behaviour.
