Setup and onboarding Searchspring were a breeze when integrating with Shopify Plus. Continued support has been fantastic and quick to respond to our concerns. In addition, as new requirements have developed over time, the Searchspring team has been open and inviting to implementing extra functionality. Despite the huge time difference between us in Australia and their team in the US, this has never been an issue. Chalk this up to the fast response times. Also, when members of the searchspring team respond, they always have something to add to the discussion. Our experience with Searchspring has been nothing short of exemplary and has set the gold standard which we regularly compare other SAAS partners to. If every company operated like Searchspring, the world would be a much happier place.

Speed and attention to detail are at the utmost importance to SS. Any requests are met with a speedy reply and a helpful answer that doesn't have you running in circles like most companies. Developing and merchandising your website can feel like a Sisyphean task at times but SS has always made it feel manageable and with a very down-to-earth support, it's easy to get help with whatever concerns/questions you may have.

I have been with Search Spring for several years and I thoroughly enjoyed using them for my search, display and marketing needs. The interface works well and they are always there to help. Customization is pretty staright forward.
