Excellent application, responsive customer service

|Searchspring a division on Athos Commerce
Searchspring has truly improved the search functionality on our website. They offer a vast array of features to help us merchandise our products based on very specific criteria. We were even able to set up mini-stores for our customers, where they can just search for a keyword (such as a company name) and see a specific set of products. This saves our customers a lot of time and provides a more personalized experience on our store. The Searching support team is extremely responsive and they even assisted us to fix a bug that was related to an entirely different app. That bug was preventing our website from functioning and they quickly provided support.

Its a good merchandising tool but has room for improvement

|Searchspring a division on Athos Commerce
Great program for the price! It has made it very easy for my team to create and manage collections. Unlike most other program, Search Spring has the dual ability to run off rule based algorithms and to pin or promote specific styles- at the same time. Extremely valuable when you want a healthy mix of art and science. Also, being able to leverage GA data through the platform is a major plus. Not to be dramatic, but they just launched a scheduling feature that has saved my life!

|Searchspring a division on Athos Commerce
The product itself is rather intuitive. It integrates perfectly with Shopify and the communication from the CSM and my team has been very, very helpful in the onboarding process.
