We initially came to search spring to help provide a better search experience on site for our customers. We also liked their ability to merchandise product on site and create custom merchandising campaigns. Search spring ended up be the solution to many of our on site needs and we absolutely love them for it. We have customizable site filters, intelligent search which can also be controlled and merchandized. We were able to add helpful design elements to our category pages to help site navigation. Now we are adding their intuitive product recommendation functions that are personalized to the user. Our site has become much more user friendly to navigate and has also been a great tool for on site marketing. We get in depth reporting built in which has helped us craft informed site campaigns and helped lead customers to results more often.

I understand and support a "ticket support" system, but really enjoy having a "contact" I can email/call when I need to hash something out. Even if just to get input on something before submitting a ticket. So that is great. Plus, tickets get resolved quickly, or at least updated if will take time to fix an issue. Which I like, as they are communicating to keep me informed. They also offer a ton of faceting and sorting options, but what works the best is the ease of adding new ones and
