Best thing we ever invested in!

|Klevu a division of Athos Commerce
Honestly searching is so easy now. Its so smart and easy to adjust. Takes me less than a minute to customise a search now. I dont know how we managed before Klevu, Its also so easy to intergrate with our site. There is always support when we need it and they know what they are talking about. My favorite thing is they can send a report everyday with failed searches giving us ideas about potential new products.

Great support team for launch and ongoing

|Klevu a division of Athos Commerce
Great integration with BigCommerce with tons of built-in features. Highly customizable with our extensive product data set to get search results and filters just how we want. The support and launch team were excellent, great knowledge and quick turnaround on changes. The actual learning search results are amazing without the need to do much custom tweaking or merchandising.

Klevu helped us achieve a high AoV by using AI to suggest products our customer's might also be buy.

We have added Klevu suggestions on multiple areas on our website. We also added their predictions to our site search. We have the ability to adjust search results if needed. We have meetings with our Account Manager where they suggest other parts of their service that we can utilize.
