It's a great product because it effectively detects and prevents malicious traffic by challenging only the suspicious traffic, which helps keep our customers safe. I find the customer support wonderful, as it makes it easy to maintain and enhance our platform while keeping customers happy. Also, Arkose Labs performed better in terms of detecting malicious traffic correctly and challenging them compared to what we used before. The initial setup was relatively easy too.

Their challenge response system is dynamic and is much less invasive than the traditional CAPTCHAs, which is useful in shaping legitimate users through the system whilst preventing automated attacks. Dashboard and analytics are also truly helpful - it is not hard to see the attack patterns, comprehend the levels of risks, and explain the decisions to internal stakeholders. In addition, their customer care is interactive and active, thus rollout and tuning can become much easier.
