I would say from using Appraisd over the last 2 years the best thing is how user friendly the system is, the reporting function is also great for businesses to give an oversight of the wider picture and they have recently introduced an intergration with many HRIS systems making sure there is less manual processes in place.

Customisation for company branding colours, great support, simple and easy to use.

Not quite using it yet but about to Go Live soon. I like that our performance management process will all be in one central location. Hopefully making the continuous discussion around performance mangement a more enjoyable experience. AND most importantly the time it will save on HR administration!!
