What do you like best about Appraisd?

Not quite using it yet but about to Go Live soon. I like that our performance management process will all be in one central location. Hopefully making the continuous discussion around performance mangement a more enjoyable experience.

What problems is Appraisd solving and how is that benefiting you?

a structured approach to performance management and the bringing together of our Mission, Values and Behaviours. My organisation has not previously used a structured approach to development goals so let alone all colleagues but especially in HR it will make our lives easier with an L&D development plan. What do you like best about Appraisd?

I would say from using Appraisd over the last 2 years the best thing is how user friendly the system is, the reporting function is also great for businesses to give an oversight of the wider picture and they have recently introduced an intergration with many HRIS systems making sure there is less manual processes in place. What do you like best about Appraisd?

The paper-based appraisal, check-in, feedback, probation and review process can be forgotten about, Appraisd does away with all of that and allows for an easy-to-use system. We introduced Appraisd to the team a year ago and have utilized and refined the process to ensure that wellbeing check-ins and quarterly reviews are completed and done on time. The reviews also provide us with enough information to relay to the leadership team from the reports that can be run on a monthly basis.

Roaslind our account manager has been excellent at helping me understand the system and is always there to suggest changes or support my queries quickly as and when they arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appraisd?

Nothing major - the system is user-friendly but user error often means that I have one or two queries for Rosalind to answer. She is always patient and informative and helps me with any problems that I may be experiencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appraisd?

I like most the fact that as our company grows, we can do so with the support of the Apprais'd team who genuinely want to hear our feedback and will work to make changes that benefit us as clients. Examples include the new recognition feature and changes with matrix manager processes. What do you dislike about Appraisd?

They have in the past changed the overall homepage/tab layout, and with the bright colours they use it has at times looked a little messy. What do you like best about Appraisd?

Our customer success manager Rosalind and the development team have been fantastic right from the beginning. They have helped us customize the system to our needs and found the best solution for nearly anything we’ve wanted to do. The system is user-friendly, everything is in one place, and very easy to find. The single sign-on solution is great and much appreciated by the staff. What do you like best about Appraisd?

I enjoy using Appraisd because it's easy to navigate to the areas we've chosen to focus on as a company. The colours are pleasing and there is so much that is customisable as well. I like that whilst the Appraisd support team is fab, I am able to amend a lot of features by myself and try them out first before rolling them out to the team. I love that as an Admin, I can 'view' a profile of someone in my team first to make sure that the appraisal is set up as I expected and that I can easily provide support to my company at that level first. Occasionally the wrong button has been selected when submitting an appraisal as the language wasn't particularly clear however, it's always quick to rectify and Appraisd have acted on feedback to make this clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Appraisd?

Appraisd has allowed our company to save time on administrative work and really focus on performance management as it should be. Appraisd is an expensive product, but our company sees it as an investment in its people. Other than that, we are still seeing how our employees are adapting to this new system, but so far so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Appraisd, our performance management system was fully manual and was very time invasive and taxing for our HR team. There was also no real way of overseeing the progress of performance evaluations. With Appraisd, we are solving the gaps in our evaluation process by seeing the metrics of engagement, monitoring and documenting KPIs and we also get to save wasted energy by cutting out a bulk of administrative work.
