Appinium does a great job listening to its customers, especially regarding feedback and improvements for their systems. They're always looking for ways to improve their LearnTrac product and they've already made some great updates that help administrators and instructional designers. They really are trying to do their best to improve the experience for both those managing the product as well as end users.
