Appinium does a great job listening to its customers, especially regarding feedback and improvements for their systems. They're always looking for ways to improve their LearnTrac product and they've already made some great updates that help administrators and instructional designers. They really are trying to do their best to improve the experience for both those managing the product as well as end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding process went fairly well, but we didn't have the best experience with the representative who worked with us through that part of our experience. It felt disorganized and like we had to constantly remind them of the reason for each call or even what we covered in the previous call.
