The work flows help to handle heavy work loads, the performance of the entire program has minimal issues and great support available via AI for technical issues, that always get resolved quickly, and for marketing descriptions. The price and ROI are very competitive , and can be curated for the needs to each company. Appfolio is always adding more perks and additional helpful features. I have nothing bad to say about appfolio.
