- pre built structures and functions - reduces design time and iterations - unambiguous and up-to-date documentation on data structures and functions - ML based "stitch" function to merge customer records - availability of scripting/SQL so that user/implementation team is not hamstrung - easily viewable error logging so that process status is transparent and easy to understand - competent and responsive amperity side implementation team (based on 1 implementation expereince!) - sandbox feature for development and deployment - configurable feed to downstream systems

The most agile and transparent customer database solution I've ever worked with.

The Amperity environment is simple and it takes only moments to research customers and view their component data. The ML models not only prevent over-consolidation, but also break apart existing over-consolidated customers. Amperity has quality off-the-shelf solutions for many marketing & retailer needs, but the team was also eager to help when I needed customization. We finished our implentation on time, without unexpected costs, and the solution works as promised.
