The Alta Vista team is amazing. Brandee Alexander is awesome. She is the first person that we email when we need to add new entities. She has a fast response time and is very knowledgeable about the Intacct sales aspect. Steve Walker of Alta Vista has been great. We have been using his IT knowledge for five years. He knows our company setup so well that he can normally anticipate what our next needs will be. He is currently helping us find ways to automate certain processes. He has been so helpful and has been able to talk to different vendors so that we can concentrate on our financials rather than worry about IT.

AltaVista answer your requests/concerns promptly and makes sure you as an end user understand how to fix the issue at hand vs just fixing it for us. They understand us as a business and our company goals/core values.

I like the ability to post invoices to multiple entities while being at the top level. QuickBooks did not have that ability and it has helped cut down on time wasted.
