Failed to Meet The Most Basic Expectations
Nothing. I thought maybe it was just the staff member that was assigned to do the training/implemetnation. However, when I reached out to the supervisor, he wasn't interested in the slightest about my concerns. He took one Microsoft Teams meeting with me, said we'll do better for the next customer, and then stopped responding to emails I sent.
