He is ALWAYS available. I don't know how he does. He is knowledgeable, friendly and if he doesn't know an answer, he gets a colleague involved who does. David communicates so you know what to expect and nothing phases him.

Fast, Thorough and Reliable!

They check-in regularly to see if we need their support. They also were intentional about making sure that we had the most knowledgable team for our Sage Intacct and Bill.com integration. Jeremy Mauer is always fast to respond to my inquiries for help. David Cummings, who took the lead on our project was fast and responsive.
