I never thought I needed something like this but it became so obvious once we started using it. Mutual Action plans are a must have for sales teams with complex sales cycles. We sold to enterprise where there were so many stakeholders involved, though we only had a single touchpoint typically. It's difficult to hold prospects accountable to the next steps (and on a timeline). I've found prospects to be more proactive when they have all the necessary information at their fingertips and can share it around internally so that we're all n the same page.
