Handy Collaboration Tool

It helps us differentiate from competition as a more professional outfit. Clients like it as it makes their life easier. The engagement tracking is a great indicator of 'implicit' interest, which is often more helpful than what a client will 'explicitly' tell you during a live interaction. Super easy to use. Harriet and the support team are incredibly responsive and helpful.

Looked at other tools but Aligned was the best deal room software

Its custom built for deal room usecase. Mutual action plans help ensure that sales process is followed. all the information is in one place. no more back and forths with clients about attachments. i like that we can copy a filled room and unhide elements as the relationship progresses. liked the templates as well - made it easy to get started looked into other tools but as soon as i tried aligned - i knew this was the one.
