Good product and Easy use

|Aiven Platform
Aiven is very easy to use and deploy (in our cloud if needed). Their support is good and helpful. They will give us right docs and reference for BYOA too. It is easy to spin up the services and manage users. Pricing is straight forward. Implementing the communication with Aiven services is almost same with services which we self host or use. We are using it in production for more than 2 years and it is working well.

An evolving product

|Aiven for Apache Kafka
The services are straight forward to configure, theres a lot of documentation which helps one resolve doubts, however if this is not enough one can reach customer support to ask for guidance.
