The service is easy to use and stable. The SKD/API documentation is clear and informational.

The simplest setup to try and run managed services, with very competitive prices. I have been using services from Aiven for 5 years already. There were very few times where we had issues. They were annoying and caused problems, but they were very limited too. The positive side is that staff was always helpful in these and any other situations. While there was (is) not a good and formal ticketing and escalation procedure, support engineers do take the time to debug issues with showing a good understanding of the underlying platform and are willing to help troubleshoot issues (sometimes caused from our side). Other than those small issues, I highly recommend Aiven!
