The platform. Is super easy to use! The team has been super helpful , and in particular Martin! Without Martin I don't think the experience with airhouse would have been as good as it has. The customer service is why would stick around. Martin had helped with anything and everything. The platform and process was intimidating t first but Martin was there to help out. Orders are dispatched out very timely and the viability of the activity with orders is very good to see.

Having a single point of contact with our dedicated account manager (who happens to be an absolute joy to work with); it's so refreshing to always correspond with the same individual, rather than writing to and getting lost in the ether of support tickets (as was often the case at our previous 3PL). The onboarding experience was efficient, and we're impressed with how quickly our shipments get out the door. We look forward to a long and low-maintenance relationship with Airhouse!

The online portal is so easy to use, and it allows business owners and logistics teams to see and react to their accounts in real-time. We have used three other 3PL and none come close to AIrhouse's attention to detail and customer service.
