Enhances Call Management, Some Reporting Delays

I really appreciate that Aircall's interface asks nothing of me, which is invaluable when the phone is busy and I can't afford to hunt for a function. The integration with our CRM is fantastic because calls attach themselves to the customer record without me having to write anything down. The detail it captures is what I value most. Recordings help me confirm exactly what was agreed with a caller, and understanding why a call was missed, whether nobody was free or the reason was stated plainly, tells me something a simple tally never would. The live dashboard and reporting give me a view of how the day is actually running rather than how I imagine it is.
