The investor portal has been what our clients most enjoy. To have them be able to easily track their investment performance and documents all in one place has been fascinating. It works completely transparent as they can break down the entire portfolio from a single dashboard. Also, the investment management feature has been great to actually manage the portfolio. It works almost completely automatically and has taken off a lot of weight that was put on our employees when we used to work manually. The support team is outstanding, they respond almost instantly and are quick to resolve any issue we’ve had, not that we had many.

The portal and the fact that investors now have clear and transparent info and documents in one place. The GP part is pretty clear and easy to handle.
