One of the best features so far from Advanced MD is the customer service. You may sometimes need to wait for a call back from support to solve an issue, but normally this is not long, and the solution is quick to solve the problem.
It is a very user friendly software from the front office to the billing. AdvancedMD is always reviewing feedback and continually releasing upgrades to the system on a regular basis.
I am able to see a patient, complete my note, create a charge sheet, and submit it to the "billing" side (PM) all in one setting. At the end of the day I am able to review all the charges that were previously submitted to the PM side and take corrective actions that were recommended by the PM side. The bills are then submitted to the insurance carrier knowing that I have done the billing correctly.
