Y Learn provides user friendly interface with ease to navigate and locate courses

On its surface, the LMS is incredible simple to use from a training standpoint. You login, select my courses, and you are on your way. The addition of tracking and announcements is nice, as well.

I found both the sales rep (ours was Mary Beth) and the tech support side of the Accord very easy to get in contact with and very responsive to our questions. They were very patient with us in our early days of using Accord.
