This is the third LMS I've used in my career. It is the least intuitive of them all. The vast majority of the training is via video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The application was easy to set-up and on-going maintenance is very simple whether adding or updating content, creating reports or adding or updating learner access. If I ever need additional support, their team is quick, courteous and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting functionality, while improving, is not as simple as the rest of the interface. Most of the reports focus on learner reporting and I am looking for more reports for the system administrator. Accord LMS support has assisted me in creating the reports I needed. I've been an Accord customer for around a decade now. The range of features and continuing innovation of the software allows me to deliver a high perceived value of services to my clients, most of whom are in the Healthcare niche. Since many of the courses we create are for CME accreditation, Accord's detailed reports provide the accountability my clients rely on. I've been very comfortable with the pace of upgrades and new feature launches, so I really don't have any negative experiences to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support. I feel like I can work quickly and effectively and get help when I need it. I work with the same support engineers every week so they know who we are and how we are creating this training solution. Their gamification portion could use some work but my software engineer is currently making that a priority. The manual grading portion is also a bit tedious but manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found both the sales rep (ours was Mary Beth) and the tech support side of the Accord very easy to get in contact with and very responsive to our questions. They were very patient with us in our early days of using Accord. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The administrative side of Accord is very cumbersome. Running reports is extremely time consuming and can be very confusing when it comes to setting the parameters of what you want in the report. I also do not like the participants "to do" list of courses...one prime example is that once an online training is completed, the course remains on the main list. I would like it to drop off and go to a "completed" tab or just to the transcript. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is there to not like or enjoy about this platform? I mean, where to start. Since integrating into this system, it has been a journey of course. However, let's dig into the why for you. 1. This system provides a platform to upload, track, and manage learners needing training. 2. You are able to create tailored learning paths for those utilizing your services. 3. Top dislikes would be, it is difficult to get the support team to implement new ideas and things that we need. It also is a tedious set-up in the beginning and each individual learner set-up. The lingo can be tricky to learn if you are completely new to LMS in general. From time to time, representatives are slow to respond for IT glitches and issues. New to the system and learning everything, but the system is complex in it's offering, but so simple and easy to use as a learner in this program. The set-up can be tedious. From a product development side, it is tedious and very time consuming to build everything out. Sometimes the reps aren't quick getting back since I am sure they deal with many many clients, however, in an industry of such fast pace, we are on the go and need answers quickly. With the help of the amazing Accord team, I have been able to develope my own vision for a LMS user experience and implement features to fully integrate with my company’s tools and services. Accord is everything I have wanted/needed from an LMS as a training Manager. Over the last year, I have been able to implement customized branding, custom pages, calendars and more.

Apart from the fact that Accord LMS has so much to offer, the Accord support and client services team go above and beyond! I have worked with a lot of vendors and I have to say that this team is the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful I have ever encountered. Only improvement I would suggest to the courses/catalog module. Look and feel. Launch/open button is not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On its surface, the LMS is incredible simple to use from a training standpoint. You login, select my courses, and you are on your way. The addition of tracking and announcements is nice, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say the administration of the LMS can be cumbersome, and the reporting function is not user friendly for the trainee or the administrator. The architecture that Accord LMS is built on is rather dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the training can be in one spot. Easy to manage who takes what training. I have used other products but found them unnecessarily complicated. They provide training tutorials that really help speed the process of setup and configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not found anything i would dislike in this LMS product, but generally our use is smaller groups and not large organizations. Not sure if that would matter however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
