I think I like the phone usability a lot. It's much more accessible for people who are not sitting behind a computer and need access via their phones. It makes it a lot easier for the people we are targeting to take our microlearning. It also looks and feels more modern, fresh, and can get our content across in an exciting way.

I appreciate the newer look and feel of 7taps Microlearning, and people really like how the cards limit how much material they are reviewing at a time. I like that I can add more interactions without it feeling heavy. It's easy to use, and the AI feature is great and quick. I like how quickly I can make changes, and it pushes me to make better lessons by using more of the features. I like that my changes automatically update to the shared training. The role play and the AI video are the features that stand out for me. The role play is simple but a great reinforcer, and the AI video generator is so handy for training. With 7taps, I don't have to make videos separately and then upload them; it feels like a one-stop shop.

I really find 7taps Microlearning helpful because it provides immediate access to our learners through SMS messaging, which greatly increases the uptake of our training. The fact that the lessons are microlearning lessons, only five to seven minutes long, means they can be done within the daily schedule without pulling team members away from their duties. The interface for creating content is very easy and logical, allowing me to put together content quickly. The analytics behind the lessons are also great and very useful. It's easy to export data, which is incredibly user-friendly for both creation and administration. The setup was super easy, and I could get a basic course set up quickly.
