I was wondering what are the hardware and software needed to enable a fully functional work from home setup for users? Should a business consider doing it full-time and what are some of its advantages?

What tools are useful for keeping track of progress/productivity without being a micro-manager?

Our team used to eat lunch together every day which ended up being a pretty useful think tank. Are there tools besides Zoom we can use to keep up this camaraderie?

For our meetings everybody would have post its to write down their ideas and then we could arrange them and vote on them at the end. Is there a tool that does this visually?

With the craziness around COVID-19, there is probably a handful of software suites that are perfectly suited for WFH. What do you think are the best software stacks for working from home? I work for a tech company FYI.
