I am a 20 year old with work experience but not a high level of education. I completed high school, I want an entry level full-time job as a receptionist for now but all my experience is in the realm of retail and food industry.

When I click on a job, the darn screen always pops up to ask if I'd like to save my search as an alert and gets in my way of applying to a job. If I click yes, it takes me away from the job I wanted to apply for. This needs to go away completely. A bad thing for sure.

Is there any column I have to go on my profile to check all my pending applications?

Improving file to stand out and get notice and call back. What is the best way?

I know ZipRecruiter can't provide any support for an overseas candidate but if a support organisation within or outside can help this would be a giant step

Is it possible to have candidates vetted before we get the applications/resumes?

What are the best methods that can help users or candidates to increase their chances of looking for the right and best jobs?

I have a few different resume versions. While applying, I always see the last resume I used but not a list from which I can select.

I asked this question to get a better understanding of how the Job Search works in another person's perspective. I am only one perspective, so another insight will either bring justice or cause more confusion or uncertainty when searching for jobs or using the job search for LinkedIn.

Filtering the candidate on visa status will really help us to find genuine candidates based on their work authorization.
