Voxco is very flexible and enables users to both online and phone surveys. I like how easy it is to integrate multimode surveys

Voxco provides our team with a cost-effective survey platform that is packed with advanced features and functions (panel management, advanced logic and expressions, HTML + CSS customization, API integrations, etc). There hasn't been a function we've needed that Voxco doesn't already provide (in some cases they've integrated for us based on project needs). The staff, both on the sales/account side and the tech/support side are always willing to help with even the smallest of issues. Client/user success is a priority at Voxco. It's uncommon to recieve such robust support. We've been very pleased with our Voxco experience and recommend the platform to anyone currently being sucked dry from the overly-expensive alterative platforms that aren't as robust as Voxco.

I love the number of features it offers, specifically with regards to CATI Phone Surveys and Online Surveys. My company does many of these surveys so it's nice to have everything in one place. Putting together online surveys is very easy, and I found creating branching logic to be very intuitive.
