I find Textedly to be incredibly useful for staying in touch with customers because it provides easy, quick access to them. I really like the customer service and ease of use. I had a minor issue earlier today, and Paige, the representative, was terrific and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. The interface is succinct and user-friendly. The initial setup was simple, allowing me to upload our contacts and get started immediately.

I like how easy Textedly is to use for quickly sending out messages. It's user friendly and makes it simple to add and remove users. I also appreciate that senders have the option to opt out, and the service follows all the requirements for sending out mass messages. Batch messaging is particularly beneficial because we can get information out really quickly without much hassle. The initial setup of Textedly was very easy as well.
