I love having an updated OrgChart as soon as one is requested. Being able to refresh the same chart without having to add all the data saved me an enourmous ammount of time.

Easy to Use Product with Great Support

I really enjoy how quick and responsive OrgChart's support team is. I have never had trouble getting in contact with them or getting an answer to my questions quickly. Their software also has a lot of options for integrations, which I appreciate.

Promising Software, Terrible Implementation Experience

We like that it connects to our HRIS for syncing data. We also like being able to secure the data by role to ensure no sensitive information is seen by the wrong people. We also like that you can export to editable powerpoints.
