The implementation team and the coverage after losing our implementation specialist was great and very professional. For the software, it is easy to use and farely intuitive. The ability to include contractors via a csv file upload has also been a huge help. Overall we use OrgChart for not only the company's org chart but also for our company directory. The additional benefit of using Org Chart is that we have embedded the chart for company use whith our company confluence instance. This makes access for all employees easy.

It is the best we have found despite the system not being user friendly. The end result it great when you finally get there.
