The company was very easy to get a hold of for my team. Although we didn't take them up on all of their ideas/services, they seemed more than eager to help, communications were fast with them, and they easily accessible.

Compared to the clunky software packages that we have used for logging enquiries, this one is by far the best. Easy to navigate and intuitive. We've actually enjoyed using it. It is clear that those who have produced it have worked with PR folks so that they have a system that actually works and is easy to find your way around. We've just recently had access to a new media database system via PR Gloo so we've not had time to really check that out. We have a done a little bit of playing about on it and there's a couple of glitches still to iron out - they are aware of this. We've found the service support good and fast to help you out.
