I like the attentiveness of the bi-weekly calls. They are a springboard to raise concerns and get issues fixed quickly. In addition since most of the work I do is for competitive intel, I enjoy the weekly digest I get of all competitive coverage. I manually had to look or these article in the system, and our rep was able to automate that system and save us time.
