I liked how easy Nooks was to use. It was very easy for me to reach out to a very large number of prospects in a short period of time, and have more conversations. When a prospect would answer it would immediately pull up all of the relevant informaiton about the prospect and provide a full transcript of the call. The virtual sales floor feature was also amazing.
