The team and I all work remote so the virtual workspace is great for interacting with coworkers, providing feedback (you can listen to your teams calls) and learning from eachother. The Auto dialer has saved so much time and my sales have increased because I am abled to contact more people in less time. Great for scalable selling, you can even add notes about the company and prospect so your talk track is known as soon as they answer the call. I use nooks everyday!
