I can reach out to coworkers very easily by entering their rooms. I also like how I can see who is dialing and on a call with the transcript available to view.

I absolutely love Nooks, I love how easy it makes to call, the parallell dial feature is great, the call summary generated is precise, and the prospect/account history is very useful, all the information we need during a call is right in front of us and it's amazing!
