Nooks give the user the ability to streamline cold calling by enabling their auto dialer. It is have been extremely beneficial for my organization and has proved to increase the amount of conversions we are getting on the phones. They have built in functions to skip dial-tree's, voicemails, and it allows you to double-dial every prospect from the push of a button (my personal favorite).
