I absolutely hate cold calling. Its actually my arch nemesis however, the frustrations I have had in the past with cold-calling are resolved using Nooks. The software makes cold calling a breeze and the smart list are a major reason I have to give it to them. I am reaching people who are opening my emails in real time, and have actionable calls. Again, I hate and despise cold calling but at least I am targeting people who are more likely to engage and on top of that, not spending my entire day calling. I can reach 50 people quick and easy.
