Excellent tool to perform deep analytics of your computing environment and performing remote actions

Nexthink is my favorite tool to jump to in case somebody is reporting any kind of problem / issue for one user or for multiple users, a tool which can provide you instant report and analytics that if the same issue is occurring for one user or more users are affected. I can instantly create an investigation to give myself a relief that it's not a multi-user issue. Then I can send some remote action to resolve the issue and user donot have to give me any time to login to his machine remotely or physically. Dashboard which provides ready made analytics. region based understanding on the enviroment is the best thing is realized
