Amazing tool for first class user experience

Nexthink provides great tools to enhance digital user experience. With it's dashboards, you can have a quick and clear view of main issues affecting experience and you can easily to a deep dive to troubleshoot further. With the right configuration, you can proactively avoid incidents and enhance the relationship users have with their IT department via campaigns and remote actions that they can either apply themselves or that can be part of an automized process. The tool integrates seamlessly with most ITSM and ESM solutions and especially well with ServiceNow which allows us to quickly use it's data when handling incoming incidents. This ensures that it is regularly used and not just another tool in the toolbox. Overall Nexthink is a key tool for us to deliver a user experience that even most large companies are unable to deliver.
