My Nexthink Review

I like best about Nexthink that I can easily see how our clients are doing but also drill deeper into every single one in order to solve issues. Having also some of the features of Nexthink Infinity allows a benchmarking against other companies running similar or the same programs and see how they are doing. This can quickly aid in removing buggy software from our devices. Another great building block towards a more stable infrastructure are the Remote Actions that allow preventive as well as reactive service to the end users. Combined with small Campaigns in order to inform the users what is currently going on is a big win as well.

Leading the DEX evolution!

Nexthink was implemented in our business 3 years. Since then, it has transformed our day-to-day work and view of our business needs.
