The customer service has been superb. I like the small homegrown feel of it. Also being on the smallened end of the nonprofit scale that there is (all volunteer driven) the feature set vs. cost of use works for us. And being part of a community, which is there real goal to make you part of the community, there is access to webinars and seminars from other parts of the non-profit world.

I love the user interface and how easy it is to develop reports. I have never seen a more robust yet user-friendly donor management system.
