I have been directly importing leads 25 at a time to my CRM - Prospecting functionality has a filter called contact location - this feature is missing in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and helps weed out the leads that are not from your target region - You can differentiate between work/personal email IDs before choosing to view contacts - You can view and share lead lists in a team
