Klaviyo has made it incredibly simple to create personalized campaigns and automated sequences to move your customers (and potential customers) through each stage of the buying cycle. Prior to using Klaviyo we essentially had one email list and very little segmentation, and because of this nearly everyone received the same email blast. Now we have welcome sequences for people that opt into our email list, cart abandonment sequences, browse abandonment sequences, winback sequences for people that haven't bought in a while, and more. The Facebook integration is also a nice touch because it allows us to automatically update our Facebook audiences as people join our list or make a purchase.
