Powerful Automation & Segmentation, but Pricing & Tracking Have Limits
Klaviyo is hands down one of the best email and SMS marketing platforms I’ve used. The automation flows are super effective, and the segmentation options let me target customers in a way that actually drives results. I also love how well it integrates with Shopify/chargebee/amplitude (these are mai tools we use) and pulls in all the data I need to create personalised, high-converting/engaging campaigns. The analytics (Like open rate, click rate, deliverability score) are also solid, giving clear insights into what's working and what’s not which helps me in optimisation

Awesome Platform!
The seamless integration of it. It took me 5-10 hours to get used to the platform but it was well worth it. The segmentation is my favorite part of the platform. Support is good.
