Candidate.ly provides a user-friendly experience that allows us and our clients to work quickly and effectively together. Allowing direct communcation between all parties involved in the process means faster time-to-hire, enhanced candidate and client experience, and reduction of 'dead time' waiting for messages/feedback to be passed back and forth down a chain of contacts. Having all the information in one place allows everyone to see what they need to without having to flick between emails, spreadsheets and call notes, which again, makes everyone's experience smoother and more efficient. It is easy to implement and integrate with our CRM, and the customer service has been excellent - whenever we have had a technical issue, needed to train additional individuals on how to use things, or wanted to explore different options, the Candidate.ly team have always been happy to help out. Overall Candidate.ly is a great tool and I'd highly recommend it.
