The intuitive and AI-driven nature of Gong is literally one of the only ways I can continue to be successful in my career in sales. For example, as someone frequently clogs her own calendar with customer meetings, I find it very hard to remember to enter in notes into our CRM, and sometimes even forget what I need to do as follow-up to a call. Since using Gong, specifically Gong Engage, it's cut down any (sometimes all) time I spend on follow-up, freeing me to focus more time on larger priorities. It's also amazingly easy to find call recordings and notes, in order to remind myself of meetings from months before, especially if it's a prospect who has ghosted me and then shows up all of the sudden, wanting to revisit the conversation.
