Great for spending, could do better on reporting

|Equals Money
It allows control of staff spending when away from the office. All expenditure can be tracked, so even if receipts are lost it is possible to see what money was spent on. Loading currency on to the cards, either GBP or FX is straightforward and quick allowing for emergency top ups. But most of all it puts an end to the post foreign trip pile of crumpled receipts and small change being handed to the Finance Manager to sort out.

Simple, efficient way of managing expenses.

The ease of use in topping up is fantastic. Ability to move money around is great. The Transaction tracking funciton is fantastic. I can export all transactions to CSV and then cross reference this with my receipts.
